Been interested in trying a Yoga Class? Do you love yoga, but hate the drive to find a studio so far from home? Or maybe just looking for a new healthy activity to try…   We welcome all levels of yoga for our resident-directed yoga class series.   

Yoga Classes will be held at 8:00 AM on the following dates

 

February 20th

 

Please bring a mat or towel, water and wear comfortable clothing. The session will take place in the Gameroom and there is no cost.
