Greetings Residents,
There have been inquires as to when the Association will be opening the common area amenities. The current operating practices and guidelines that the Board of Directors and Management staff have been operating under have been reviewed and will be changing as of April 1st, 2021. The newly established operating practices and restriction guidelines are listed below for your review.
Please be aware that Face Coverings will still be required in all common area amenities per the state mandate Directive 024. Per Nevada's Roadmap to Recovery and the Directive states that face coverings MUST be worn at all times regardless of physical activity or social distancing unless actively eating or drinking. Per the guidelines for private social gatherings, anytime individuals are with people outside of their household, face coverings must be worn even if you're socially distant.
In the Clubhouse Work Out Gym Facility, per the Governors Directive, face coverings MUST be worn at all times, regardless of physical activity or social distancing. There are no exceptions to the mask requirement for indoor exercise. Masks MUST be worn over the nose and mouth at all times unless you're actively drinking. If the activity is too strenuous to be done while wearing a mask properly, you must seek an alternative.
Nevada’s Roadmap to Recovery for Aquatic Facilities for homeowners associations strongly encourages residents to wear face coverings when not in the water but within the pool enclosure, and mandates that residents do not wear face coverings when in the water.
To keep these amenities open, the Association, per the CDC cleaning protocols, must maintain a routine cleaning schedule of the areas that the residents are using. Therefore, the Association has adjusted the hours of operation for the amenities to 9 AM to 8 PM daily, allowing for the required cleanings by staff to occur when the amenities are closed. The Association will continue with the additional third-party cleaning services for the Clubhouse during operating hours on Tuesday, Thursday and Saturday.
Cleaning and sanitization stations will be placed throughout the amenities to allow for resident's usage outside of the Association's routine cleanings.
The current Directive that Governor Sisolak has issued on Private Gatherings & Events per the Nevada Roadmap to Recovery has been reviewed. The Association will be opening up under those guidelines reducing the limit based upon residents' ability to follow the six-foot distancing rule. The following occupancy restrictions will be posted and enforced for the amenities listed below.

           •    Clubhouse Main Room – 10 People Max

           •    Clubhouse Game Room – 10 People Max

           •    Clubhouse Work Out Gym Facility – 3 People Max

           •    Jacuzzi – Will remain closed per SNHD Directive

           •    North & South Satellite and the Clubhouse Pools – Capacity to be limited to maintain 6ft social distancing within the pool enclosure including inside and outside of the water. Pool furniture will be limited, and spaced to meet social distancing guidelines.
The Association is still requesting that you fill out the sign-in form at each amenity to assist with tracking usage. Additionally, the Association will be placing proper signage and sanitization stations throughout the amenities for resident's self-use to comply with state and local authority requirements.
For clarification, there will no longer be any reservation system required for access to the pool, and the COVID-19 waivers will no longer be in effect.

The Board of Directors is aware of resident concerns regarding individuals within the community that are not residents.  We would like to reassure you that the Board is doing all within their authority to mitigate this issue.  However, in accordance with Henderson Police Department advice, we encourage all residents to continue to contact 911 if you believe criminal activity may be occurring within the community as your safety and well-being is our priority. In an effort to assist residents to increase their awareness of their surroundings, the Board will consider all requests for “security lighting” as long as they do not puncture the exterior stucco.  As a reminder, all security cameras will need to be mounted inside the units.
Should you have any additional questions or concerns, please do not hesitate to contact Management.
Thank you.
