Been interested in trying a Yoga Class? Do you love yoga, but hate the drive to find a studio so far from home? Or maybe just looking for a new healthy activity to try…

 

We welcome all levels of yoga for our new resident-directed yoga class series. 

 

The first class will be on Tuesday, December 5th at 8:00 AM. It will be a slow and grounding session, mostly mat-based with a few standing poses and gentle flow or vinyasa movements. 

 

Please bring a mat or towel, water and wear comfortable clothing. The session will take place in the Gameroom and there is no cost. 

 

Please email Management at JHarper@PrimeNV.com to RSVP. Can’t make it but want to be kept in the email loop about upcoming classes just send an email or contact the office to be added.

 

Interested but weekends are better, please email Management to be put on a weekend interest list.
